Keep RepChat supportive, safe, and focused on training.
These standards apply when content or account activity reaches another RepChat user, including display names, shared Goals, shared Workouts, and related instructions.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, or target another person. Do not share sexual, hateful, degrading, or graphically violent material. Content attacking people based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
Train safely
Do not promote deliberately harmful training, dangerous challenges, extreme weight loss, steroid misuse, or instructions intended to cause injury. General fitness discussion is welcome, but RepChat is not a medical service and cannot diagnose or treat an injury or condition.
No spam or impersonation
Do not repeatedly send unwanted requests or shared content, misrepresent another person, create a deceptive identity, or use RepChat to manipulate or defraud users.
Reporting
Use the action menu on a friend, follower, or shared Workout to report a user or the shared content. Choose the closest category and add a short explanation only when it helps. RepChat creates a bounded evidence snapshot from content already visible to you; do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, or Health data.
Blocking
Blocking stops both accounts from following or sharing with each other and removes pending Goal and Workout shares. Already accepted Workout copies remain independent in the recipient’s library. Unblocking does not restore earlier relationships or requests.
Review and enforcement
RepChat restricts reported material to protected review. A report may be dismissed, reviewed further, or lead to content or account restrictions depending on context and severity. RepChat does not promise a particular outcome or disclose private enforcement details. False, retaliatory, or abusive reporting may itself lead to restrictions.
Emergencies and medical limitations
RepChat does not provide emergency assistance, medical diagnosis, or treatment. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For medical or injury concerns, contact an appropriate licensed professional.
